If you've been keeping up with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, you'll know that David Parnes was representing The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK, for the sale of their Beverly Hills home, dubbed "Dawnridge." The power agent is a longtime friend of the couple, and was excited to take on their 8,679 square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which the couple listed at $8.995 million.
By the end of the episode (mild spoiler ahead), Dorit and PK had decided to take the home off the market following an open house-related robbery, leaving David and his partner James Harris without a potential six-figure commission.
That's a huge financial loss, but David seems to be taking it in stride, with no hard feelings.
"PK and Dorit are close friends of mine and they call the shots 100% on THEIR house," David wrote in an Instagram post. "Not every deal works out but friendships remain." (Catch MDLLA on Thursdays at 9/8c!)
And clearly he's telling the truth, as PK himself commented on the post, writing, "Love you mate x." Awww, it's a British bromance!
You can take a virtual tour of the Beverly Hills splendor that is Dawnridge, which the couple has re-listed. Plus, they've dropped the price to a mere $7.995 million.
